Join us for a cycle at Ireland’s most northerly point! This 10km loop has the most spectacular scenery across the Atlantic Ocean, and the guide can give you an insight into the history of the area, the wildlife and culture. Malin Head is the first Signature Discovery Point of the Wild Atlantic Way and a must-see for any visitor to Ireland’s north-west.
Gentle cycling in an idyllic location; this tour follows a lagoon of Lough Swilly. As we loop around the Wildfowl Reserve you will see many birds and your guide can tell you about the regular visitors, as well as a brief history of the railway and the rebellion of Cahir O’Doherty. The Wildfowl Reserve is a ‘secret’ of the Wild Atlantic Way and a great tour for any level of cyclist, with our great range of accessories for babies and toddlers it is a very accessible tour for families with young children.
This tour starts at the beautiful Blue Flag beach and continues through the village and surrounding countryside. Your guide will tell you about Culdaff and bring you to interesting historical sites; the ruins of a 16th century church, Early Christian high crosses and a stone circle. The route has some hill climbs, but overall is not a challenging tour and follows a loop back to the beach.
